Sending money abroad from Cuba

Hello,

Does anyone know how to send money abroad from Cuba? Apparently, Western Union can only send money to the US and Puerto Rico, my Cuban friend told me. Any international banks that you know who offer this service in Santiago? Thanks!

Hi, i send money every month to my in laws by wester union and less than 1 minutes its in Cuba in the western union system. I text, email or video chat with them and give them the control number and thats it. Online you can not do it. But in a latin market. I go to any Publix.
