Where to find a fun, nice live music coffee shop (country music)

I'd love drinking coffee and listening to live country music of American.

Can any of you recommend a good place? If so, please put some information about location, price, etc.

If you like Vo Trong Phuc, he performs regularly at different bars and cafes in the city. He put up the schedule on his fb page.

Yeah, I recommend Bui (The Lodge) as well, but there's not that much country music played there. You may be able to request a few country songs and the band will play if they know. It's definitely a country/western motif there though. I really like the outfits worn by the waitresses there.
