Because I'm asking where I CAN buy used phone, I'm not asking advise should I buy it, or not. So, if you know places where people can buy used phones - feel free to share, if you want to discuss pros and cons of buying used phone in Vietnam then start new thread about it and discuss it there, not here.
I'm asking for practical advise, I don't need your guru wisdom advises about phones.
