In virtually all cases, the measurements point toward sizes that can be purchased off the rack, or ordered pre-made from a company.

I have over 45 years of health care experience, and I've never known of a case where support hose were custom made for anyone.

The important part is having the custom measurements for a custom fitting.

Amazon may very well be the best source for a special size that's not normally sold over the counter.
