Hi all

we would like to held an apartment party among our colleagues. May I know are there any apartment/villa available in district 1 or district 7 to rent for a day with 16 peoples?

Why don't you try AirBnB?聽 I never used it but at least in the US it is set up for very short term rentals.

You can drag the map around to places like Q7 and the listings pop up.

Your best bet would be to google self serviced apartments in hcmc , plenty of nice ones available for 24 hours
Just make sure you don't wreck it

I recommend also Airbnb, check for places on Nguyen Hue, it's an awesome location with all the construction being done!

you can try homeaway.com.vn too. they're secure and protected. you can rely on their online booking system. though 16 people room might be a hard find.
