I´m Carlos, nice to meet you! district 11? I think I´ve never been to that district, but I guess it´s near district 10 (I was living before in Ly Thai To). I also was looking for a gym here in the city, but honestly the big ones are even more expensive than in Europe! Finally I joined one in d7, just 400k/month.

I just came back from Melbourne.  Nha trang is lovely beach city.  Renting house or apartment can range from 50$ to a few hundred dollars depends on the quality you like.

Gyms in Vietnam are so expensive!  When I was there, the nice ones were like 2 million dongs.  I don't even spend that much here in Canada which is around the $30-$50 mark.  I found one on Cach Man Thang Tam at the round-about with Ly Thai To (i think) for like a few bucks a day which is actually cheaper than a full monthly membership.
