Hello all

IÂ’m moving from Saigon for 2 months at the end of March and I am looking to rent my room out for the time that I am gone.
The house is in district 1. ItÂ’s a great location and you would be living with 4 other English people. 2girls and 2 guys. The house is very big with about 6 floors. The room is fully furnished with its own personal bathroom with shower ect. A big double bed with a flat screen tv and aircon. There is a big kitchen on the bottom floor with lots of room to park bikes. A big living room on the second floor and a great balcony on the top floor which gets the sun on it all day. We have all been living in the house for 5 months now so it has everything so there would be no need for you to buy anything before moving in.  We also have a cat so if you donÂ’t like cats then this house isnÂ’t for you but the house is big so he is easy to miss if you donÂ’t want to see him.

I am only looking to hear from people who would want to rent it for two months max till the end of May as at the moment I am planning on moving back in around that time. Rent is $240 dollars a month plus around $30 to $40 a month in bills max which is a great price for this house!

This is a great house with great house mates so I will be sad to leave but I know it would be  a good place for someone to move in so please contact me today or anytime in the next few weeks
