Hello, does anyone have information on taking a bus from Hanoi to Phonsavan, Laos or anywhere in northern Laos?聽 I know about the bus from Vinh to Laos, but would like to depart from Hanoi.聽 Thank you

I've last Feb.
Fare was 600,000 VND/person - a little bit pricey due to holiday and we've booked via agent.
Normally around 500,000 VND/person - as I've told.

Total time is 24 hours, lots of time stop for eating, immigration, or sleep at night (in the bus).

As I've heard, you can go directly to Nuoc Ngam bus terminal and ask the buses there.
There are several buses go to Laos.
