I recently moved to Hanoi in Jan 2015, and want to reconnect with the latin dance pulse of the city and improve my salsa/bachata repertoire. I've danced cuban salsa/bachata on-and-off for some years, but looking to improve my puertorican salsa and domenican bachata. If you're a female, who is serious about learning and interested to practice two days a week or more, and speaks vietnamese, please send me a message.

I joined a basic salsa&bachata class but not practising, I almost forgot
If you want to improve dancing skills and practice, I suggest you join a dance club. There are some, one of the well-known places is S-Fire Salsa Studio, 5 Ngo Gach.
