Relocating to Da Nang

Hi all,
I am looking to relocate to Da Nang from here in Spain.
I am British born and bred, holding a UK passport.
What are the hassles if any to get a visa, only want a tourist visa. Is it ok just to exit and re enter on a new visa, or is there a limit on the amount of visas you can have??.

Do a 3 month multiple entry visa. 90 days is the max I believe for foreigners. Then do a quickvisa run over any boarder and back again for another 3 months. Im moving to Da Nang and this the ways its fine I'm told. You just repeat the cycle over and over til you leave for good. Good luck!
