Vietnam has such beauty defaced by rubbish and over exploited waters as in marine life which seems common place in many DC's. Many tourists woul;d come back especially if the garbage problem was tackled like pay the poor more to clean it up.

There are many great things to do around Saigon, but it's kinda hard to find if you are new here and haven't established your own circle yet. I found **** to be great place to start with. I joined some of their activities and it's a great way to have fun and meet new people.
