Please reread the whole topic, and you will find the answer. If you do not work in Vietnam, then you cannot deposit VND to account without proving where did you get that money.

Can you open a Timo account if you live in Vung Tau? I have emailed them three times and they will not give me a straight answer. I asked them 3 different ways but they will not say yes or no. They will only say they do not have a 鈥榟angout鈥� in Vung Tau. This hangout concept is a hoot. Can you see the stiff rep from BofA suggestioning you meet him/her at the local coffee shop to open your account? NOT going to happen.
