I need some help. Is there any bank in Vietnam that offer debit card? I'm a student. Therefore not a fan of credit card.

Irah,

Practically, every bank in Vietnam offers debit cards.聽 If you run into one that does not, then you might not want to take your business there, anyway.

Hi Irah, I'm owning an HSBC debit card for over two years so I think I can recommend you with this one. Yeah, I can get it from a local Vietnamese bank, but I think it would be better if someday I go abroad and I can use it there. Free account opening fee, quick services, frequent promotions as well.

You may also want to try Asia Commercial Bank (ACB) bank that offers free for the 1st year annual fee, you only need to pay the card which is 50,000 vnd.聽 You can get the card on the same day.聽 Hope this helps
