I would like to spend 3 months can anyone advice me on nice quiet places with wonderful beaches and some night life .

If you read OP, it says she's looking for "nice quiet places with wonderful beaches" and "some" night life.

That's why I didn't include Nha Trang. It has plenty of night life, which is why I would say it's hardly "quiet".

Agree on Da Nang/ Hoi An.

Nha Trang, if you go far enough is pretty quiet too, but not sure about accommodation options out of town.

There's an abundance of nice flats for rent along the beach in Da Nang, relatively quiet since it's not downtown. Some night life, not that great imo but it's still a big city after all. And you can always go to Hoi An 30 mins away if you need to hang out with expats/foreigners and have fun.
