Moving to Bangkok

Hello, I may be moving to Bangkok (the other option is Philipines). My husband and I would like to start a family so we're weighing up our options. How is Bangkok for new parents and families? Is there enough support such as baby groups etc?

Any info is much needed. We are British.

Good day... Both countries (Thailand and Philippines) offer a good choice. it is better you to visit both countries a few days and feel what suits you. We've been to both, I prefer Thailand. My husband has offices in both countries so no need to worry about that. Just wondering where is a better quality of life, I believe Thailand. Thank you
