Hi Guys,
Currently I am working here in S pass, My company has applied for new EP last month (02/04/2021). But the EP status still shows as it is "Pending". Is anyone here went through the same situation ? I am working here from last 7 years (semiconductor field) , was holding an EP earlier. got downgraded to S pass two years back. Now with an increment which聽 SAT tool shows me as eligible for EP My company has applied for a new one. since I have only one month pending for my current S Pass to expire little bit worried. Please share if anyone has gone through the same situation earlier.

Three days after submitting the application (2.Apr. submitted, today is 5.Apr.) you cannot expect the process to be completed.
