Currently, I am holding an S Pass, and my new company submitted an Employment Pass (EP) application on 22 May. On 5 June, MOM requested additional documents, including skill reference letters from all my previous companies. I provided these documents to my HR on the same day.

However, as of today, the application is still pending. It has been around six weeks since the initial submission, and I would like to ask if you have experience with similar cases and how long it usually takes for such applications to be approved.

Hi, mine is still pending. They have applied my spass last april 23 and still pending status.

@kyawthihan996 Work pass applications usually take somewhere between one and eight weeks - some special cases can differ (and sometimes take much longer). There is nothing you can do to influence this. Just wait!
