According to your profile, you are Singaporean (not Indian). If that is not true, please correct it!

You can apply for PR. Among the (few) points you mention, "race - Indian" is the only negative. But of course they will consider many other criteria, like where/what you work, how much you earn, whether you are well integrated and active in the society, and (last but not least) age, family status and kids - marrying a Singaporean and having a son would be the best course of action to increse your chances!

@ayaan6 As far as I know, there is no way to view past applications.

(You could only ask ICA nicely whether they could share it with you.)

You should ALWAYS tell the truth. If your agent didn't, you will have a big problem!
