Sorry for the late reply.聽 What area of the Philippines do you live?聽 There are five Veteran of Foreign War posts in the Philippines.聽 I can get you in contact with the nearest one.聽 Each post has a Service Officer who can assist you.聽 You do not need to be a member to take advantage of this service.聽
