Maybe I'm just being stupid here. I am on a SRRV, before I used to pop back to UK or go on foreign holidays every now and again, so never considered Exit Clearance certificates. But later on this yesr I intend to go to UK for a visit and I will, at that stage, not have left The Philippines for over a year. So does the clearance certificate apply, do I need one?
