Weather in October

Hello everybody !!

I am a french student, in internship in Hong Kong for 6 months.

I am actually planning to go to Philippines for a week at the end of October. But I was wondering about the weather right there at this moment (I read its the rainy season ... and I dont want to see rain at all !!).

How is the climate at this moment ?!

Carolinette,

For the month of October, usually rain and the height of typhoon season there.

Bring umbrella or rain jacket and keep dry.

about september you will be coming in to the gloomy season. yes the monsoons. I used to love the heavy rain there. The people are used to it. Its comical to look around ans watch all the people looking at each other wondering what we think of the weather

You can expect good weather also around october (sunny & HOT), but Yes October is where you should expect rains and typhoon season as well. But hey, if you're in HK you might experience some typhoon as well during this period. Nevertheless,聽 Just enjoy whenever you're here, rain is not that bad.
