I used PLDT in both Baguio and Ilocos Sur.  The price was 1,399 a month and included wifi, cable tv, Philippines NBA channel.

(1) Originally I used PLDT when I arrived in the Philippines. Several years ago I had an outage after 3 weeks of a runaround I switched to Sky.

(2) Recently I had an outage lasting 2 weeks of a runaround with Sky.

(3) I'm now with Converge P1599 a month for 350 mbs.

Converge in Ilocos Sur was 1349 a month, but it had no NBA basketball, no NFL.

Addendum to my post.

When getting a new installation get the name & installers cell number.

A few days  after Converge installation I lost service. A truck snagged many fiber lines several blocks away and I called the installer.

It's amazing what a small gratuity would get you. They were arrived within two hours and strung a new line to the junction box two streets down and restored my service.

Hi, same here. I still think it's a good deal. I have quite a big data volume every month, 1TB, and in my area I don't have fiber yet. So pre-paid would be more e expensive for me. Might be different in more urban areas.
