I'm  a 13A permanent resident here in the Philippines.  I'm going to the states in june. Can i pay my tax on line or only at airport.  Thank you

You can choose to do either if you are in the online system. I have had my 13A for 8 years now and was not in their system last year, so I just paid at airport.
