I would like to get Long Term Social Visit Pass to Malaysia. However, the information of website does not mention clearly about required documents. May you know and where should I find it?

EDS charges RM70 to the company to make the application plus the stamipng is RM90 per year.
Agents charge what they want for their services e.g.

Correct me if I am wrong but what I understand is that if the company applies for the Long term visa for my Mother then I need to pay only 140 rm ?

Ask them what they charge. You can of course refer to the fee structure mentioned above. There may be an overhead they have to pay in addition to ESD.

If you are under MDEC it costs more.
