Dear Riza, I have to be honest and say your chances are basically nil - and I assume you mean TEFL

- you are not a native speaker
- your grammar is poor as evident from what you wrote
- you are too old (I met one young Iranian here teaching English at a very poor "international school" - with an English lit degree - but she was young and same in most Asian countries younger people get better chances)
- no decent international school would employ you (have to be native speaker)
- lots of competition from native efl teachers for few jobs available

You should try Thailand where they are a lot less fussy and salaries vs living costs are far better!

Dear Nemodot
Thanks for your answer. I suppose that ur answer is disappointig. I think your answer is a great barrier for me.

Well sorry to have to be blunt but its simple you have no real chance of a decent job in Malaysia as a non native speaker. As you look Arabic as well is is hard anywhere in Asia. Young women under 30 from Iran have a chance with younger children in very bad schools. Why would anyone employ you when your English is weaker than a locally trained ESL teacher? And they are far cheaper and no work permit hassle. Even in Thailand you will struggle as older male teachers have to look very white and be native speakers. Younger women can get away with looks especially if blond (yes its that sad) - many east Europeans work on Thailand. In vietnam, south Korea etc same issues. Parents pay for native speakers.
