purchase a property in Malaysia

Hello88

Hi,

I have a question to ask :

1) If I wish to purchase a property in Malaysia, how can I arrange to bring hugh sum of money there; deposit, stamp duty etc.

2) Supposingly, after I have purchased property in Malaysia and sold several years later, how can I transfer money back to my country ?

Cos I think there is a limit on remittance.

I am staying in Singapore.

Appreciate your advice

Hello Hello88,

Why ask here? Talk to the Bank. Or better still, ask some lawyer.

I am too bought a subsale condo last year March at RM520k at Taman Desa and now the units in this condo have been transacted at RM680k-700k,just in a year time!!

So i fully agree with DaddyDave that location is very important if you decided to buy a property no matter is new or completed unit.
