Hello Everyone,

I have a room to let at my 3-Storey Room in Ukay Perdana. The room is at upper floor, which it has own attached bathroom with water heater and living hall. The living hall is spacious enough which has 2-seater sofa, a table, coffee table, TV and DVD Player (if needed)

The room is also very spacious which can easily fit it 2 king size bed or 2 queen size bed + 1 single bed with 4 doors cupboard.

However, this room is only meant for 1 or 2 persons and therefore, it is only equipped with 1 Queen Size Matters, 2 Doors Cupboard, a Table that can be used as your dining table or study table, 4-tiers drawer.

The rent is open for trainee and expatriates who wish to stay for a short period of 1 week-6months

The whole house is also equipped with washing machine, micro-oven, cooking stove, etc.. Those are welcome for your usage.

Transportation
1 Bus to go to LRT/ Metro Station (wangsa maju)
1 Bus to go to LRT/ Metro Station Jelatek than go to Kuala Lumpur
Others: You could always “hope-in” with me if you wish to go to work during weekdays..

What we offer is a place for any new expat or trainee who are looking for place to stay or simply doesn't know yet which place and room or apartment that is suitable for them. We offer them to stay for a short period of 1 week until 6 months.

If you just arrived, you can consider our offer. Stay and rent with us for a week, if you like our place you are welcome to continue. During a week of your stay with us, if you decide to "shop" for a new place and to move out, we have no means to stop you. In this way, you would not have any commitment or obliged to stay with someone else that you are not sure what you will get.
