Local help needed!apply for NPWP without KITAS or KATAP

Hello guys, I want to apply a NPWP but i don't have KITAS or KITAP, can i apply it?
i already have tried online apply聽 but doesn't work( KITAS or KITAP is necessary), Does anyone rececently applyied it in Biro pajak锛� What docs need? or any local can help me?(with paid)

Why would you want to apply for a tax number without residence?

Apart from that, the application needs a KTP or KITAS/KITAP

because i may have to pay for tax. Without KITAS can it be done?
