non payment into the BPJS by Indonesian company for an expat employee

I worked in Indonesia for 2.4 yrs, unbeknown to myself my BPJS was not informed to me, and not being paid into the system albeit deductions made to my salary. Am I able legally to claim the money from the company for my BPJS

Notify your HR that the BPJS bill has not been paid.  There are 2 types of participants in BPJS, namely individuals & companies.  If you are already registered as a company participant.  Then your company is obliged to pay the dues.
