how much will a one bedroom with a kithchen and bathroom cost me a month in the centre of new delhi in rs or GBP

Depends how much you want to pay! I pay 57,000 INR for one bed serviced apartment in Kalkaji. Bascially when you walk through the door and your are white the price goes up. Visited an apartment price started at 70,000 and ended at 90,000 INR! Best take an hindi speaker with you to help.

Prices and quality varies. You can pay anything from 50,000 to 100,000 INR (and more) for a good place. You need AC for the summer with elecky backup.

Would recommend getting some agents to help find a place.

You are paying too much for 1BHK; I do live in the same locality. I know few people who can help you out.

@ragin: It depends upon the locality and if you are looking for some posh apartment, will cost you upto USD 2000 / month.
