There is a possibility that we may move to Hainan Island. My daughter is epileptic and I was just wondering about the healthcare system there? Which hospital is ther best there?

There are 2 hospitals in Haikou of Hainan island covered under the medical insurance scheme by Hong Kong insurers.

The 1st is

I guess they are big hospital but I am not sure if their Doctors can speak English.
