Xiao lung bao places

Shanghai is famous for xiao lung bao (Shanghai dumplings) and wanted to know which places are the best to try these?? What other famous dishes should I try in Shanghai as well?? Thanks for your insights!

i heard that the xiao lung bao in xintiandi is the best. i haven't really tried it yet

xiaolungbao in Temple Area (Chenghuangmiao) is very good. Strongly recommend.
a tip: folk flavor is better than crab flavor

I just had the xiaolongbao at Huanghe Road yesterday- Jia Jia Tang Bao 佳家汤包。 I read that it is the best xiaolongbao in Shanghai and hence went to try. And it didn't disappoint. And it's really cheap too!! I will go for it again.

I found that they also have a branch in Guangqi Cheng at Yishan Road. So if you are staying in Xuhui District, you can perhaps check this branch out. And do not have to go all the way to Huanghe Road.
