Enquiry Authenticating / Legalizing my Education Certificate

goaswind

Dear all, kindly help me for those who have been through this tedious process.

I have recently accepted an job offer from a Singapore company (Healthcare Business) and my headcount will be parked under their subsidiary company in china. I am their first to send from Singapore to China and hence the HR are pretty new in handling this. I have been talking to the Chinese side HR on the visa application process.

I was told that i need these documents ffor them to get the pre-authorization work permit,
1) copy of passport
2) Education certificates (Self Translate to mandarin)
3) Resume/CV (Self translate)
4) Certificate of employments to proof that i have more than 2 years of experience in the same capacity (need to be professionally translated)
5) Certificate of Clearance by police (this documents to be authenticate by Chinese embassy and later be professionally translated)

I am fine with all the info above accept for the part on Education certificate. I was quite surprise that i do not need these authenticated. Do i need it authenticated as well for use in china?

In addition,آ  I need also advise on how to get that authenticated. My education certificate is from Australia. I was told by the Chinese embassy in Singapore that they cannot authenticate documents from Australia.آ  Can someone give me some tips on this?

Thanks in advance for giving some good advise.
