Make friends in Nanning

Hi my name is Geoff, from England. I would like to make contact or make friends with people from Nanning China. I have been to Nanning, and I am wanting to relocate to Nanning if it is possible. I have a partner who lives in Nanning this is why I would like to move their, so just trying to make friends and take any advice regarding getting work in Nanning. I am studying to teach English, but would like any advice on other areas of work if possible for a聽 English person, age 42. Many thanks.
