Location : max 2 mile from old town
Budget : max 2000 usd
contract : must start from 2 years
deposit : one month for per year

Dear,

There are a lot of hotels and guest houses for sale. In my opnion to many!
You can look:
= The housing section on this forum (although they shoud make it much better to search with filters.
= The facebook group - Siem Reap Real Estate (Buy, Sell and Rent)

And don't get fooled by their asking prices. I think that many try just to ask a very high price and there should be lots of margin to negosiate!
