Public transportation in Siem Reap
There's no public transport, if you're talking about trains, buses or taxis. They only have tuk-tuks, private cars (mkt rate at usd25 per day for tourists), private vans for hire.
I use the same tuktuk driver all the time, found him after a few other tuktuks who tried to overcharge me..
