I am American and have a Thai wife (married 35 years).聽 If we were to move to Cambodia would we both need to get and pay for a business visa (approximately $300 per year each), or is there a less expensive way to do it?

Yes! both of you will need visas for a long term stay.Doesn't seem to be any way around it yet. The ex-pats here have been hoping for a resident visa for years!

from knowledge the only way to reduce the cost is to get your work to include visa costs in your contract. you're both individuals so they will expect you to pay full price for both.
