Hello all,

I am an IT Engineer. Retired and into a bit of real estate investment.

A friend recommended me to view a piece of land (2 acres) in Dhaka and possibly invest in it.

Any advice on valuation of real estate now in Dhaka? Appreciate it very much.

Before you invest you should consult with knowledgeable andhonest person who is expert about land. It may have some complex if you invest without proper investigate.

In that case, I have very little idea. I am not the right person to give you suggestions.聽 So I don't want to provide any information. But we have some good law firm. You can search by other way or Google.
