Hello, I'm a student in the United States and I'm currently working on a cartography project for school about displaced persons in the South Caucasus. I have a few data tables i found regarding Azerbaijan. I have a rough idea about what they are, but I'm having trouble specifically translating them and was wondering if anyone here could explain to me what exactly they mean in English. side note: I got to visit Azerbaijan in 2016, it was really interesting, I even got to Nakchivan which was really something else.
