well its there is big opportunity as still there are only few companies dealing with such kind of issues and therefore the room is still big especially to the developing countries like Tanzania where these IT and telecom issues are growing high the big deal here is creativity as most of the companies are almost doing the same thing while people are in demand of new things

Tanzania is a grate place and people are very good , but at the moment investment is a bit hard, economical situation is "crumbling" it is the first time that Tanzania have this kind of crisis  , there is a huge space in your field of it  ,but you have to keep in mind that to operate here "bureaucracy" will be your worst nightmare , there is no one single foreigner happy with the bureaucracy , just to give you an idea in less than 2 years they have done 3 different variation of the resident permits and work permit , yes because strange to be but here you have two permits , one for leave in the country and the other for work , which limit you by activity and by geographical  area , for some work you can be only in the town stated in your work permit. 

also accounting as foreigner is a bit complicate  you have to file to FIVE different authorities.

1) to brela 
2) Tax department as company
3) Tax department as person
4)  to Tanzania Investment Centre
5) Work ministry

failing to have proper tax paid can avoid you to get renewed your resident permit or your work permit , and often happen , i personally know many peoples that have correctly paid them taxes and those authority delay in giving them the certificate who show the payment and they delay months to have the resident or working permit renewed...... means that you cannot work or they can arrest and deport you .

so it is very tough , even because any two year you have to renew the resident permit and they need a lot of documents .
