Finding accommodation for 6 months in Dakar

Hello

I will be moving to Dakar in a couple of weeks and looking for advice on finding somewhere to rent. I will be staying for 6 months and my budget is in and around 132,000 to 200,000 CFA a month. Are there any areas in particular that people could recommend where I could find decent accommodation within that budget? Or would I need to look at spending a bit more? I would appreciate any advice anyone has to offer!

Hello,

with this budget, i suggest that Hann Mariste is much better place as decent place and mostly expats are living there.

Does anyone have an opinion of Sacre Coeur 3? There is the possibility of living there with another intern who lives there already. This apartment doesn't have a washing machine, is that normal or can you find places with washing machines within my budget?
