Hey there, I live in Rabat but i'm not an expat
U can actually meet expacts in casablanca, they usually do meetings once a week in different places, u can search on the forum
But still, there are some expats in Rabat too
/en/network/africa/morocco/ In this link there are different nationalities that live in morocco
