In this event, the court may accept the first wife’s plea for divorce and determine the maintenance allowances due to her. This amount has to be paid within seven days, failing which the man’s application for marriage would be deemed withdrawn.

With the situation you described I think it would be extremely difficult to marry a second wife in Morocco. Your situation is hard enough with your wife in India and you living in saudia Arabia. The process of getting married in Morocco for a foreigner is complicated enough, in your situation I would guess the courts and police would not accept
