British citizen in Dubai want to marry in morocco

I am writing in regards to the marriage requirements for a British citizen now resident in Dubai.

Some of the requirements such as police (ACRO) and Certificate of No Impediment (from local council) would not be something I would be able to attain as I鈥檓 no longer resident in the UK.

The Embassy here in the UAE would issue the Affidavit but only for local marriages conducted in the UAE whilst the plan is to get married in the Morocco.

Is there anyone with a similar experience or know how to go about this exactly? As I would like to get the process started. Any help or advise is appreciated and thank you all for your contributions to the forum.

I would be hoping to share my experience once I start this journey as well.

Hi Arshad. Thanks for your post. This may be late but I would love to know how you went about your marriage process if you did it already. Just like you, I am a British citizen resident in Dubai. I think I have a good understanding of what is required in terms of documents. And perhaps I can learn from your experience if you started it or completed already.
