Hello me ( Moroccan) and wife ( british) we ve been married in (Morocco) for 11 years but relationship is not working,聽 and she s dating someone else, we want to divorce peacefully without split of possessions, she couldn't be bothered going to morocco for divorce,

What are the procedures I can take I ve no idea from where to start to get divorce

You can apply through the UK courts as long as you have Moroccan marriage certificate with a certified translated copy of that and you need pay a fee of 拢593 and you can select the options to deal with the finances and the child arrangements if you have children together. For the assets I would suggest to speak to a family solicitor as I am not too sure how you are not splitting them and at the same time you are applying for divorce whilst your partner is dating someone else. Has there been any agreement between you two that regardless of that you would keep the assets combined and won鈥檛 split it to part your ways?

This would need some more explanation to give you an idea about it though.
