Did you get married in Morocco  and live in Fiji?? Was is registered just in Morocco.  If you married in Morocco and not registered in your country you maybe able to just walk away.  Check with lawyer in your country.  Before you spend thousands on Moroccan lawyers seek one in your home country.  If you don’t intend to marry in Morocco again etc you maybe able to just walk away.  Don’t go sending money to her family etc

Greetings

Forums are extremely helpful in getting help with issues like this marriage problem. I don't normally write but I have been seeing a lot of these marriage problems coming up on Íæż½ã½ã.

You first must understand that all marriages are different in their situations, so one piece of advice maybe is different for another marriage.

Firstly under moroccan marriage laws, you as the man are responsible for the clothing and feeding and also the accomandation for your wife, you must supply these from the first day of your marriage and also be able to prove it.

If the country you live in has a moroccan embassy or consultate then she can subena you and demand her payment which is known as Nafaka.

Also, you can divorce her from where you are, without really needing a lawyer, this is done via the Consulte, but you will have to pay her Nafaka or some of it.

Another important factor is what type of visa you have and do you have the right to go to morocco, if you don't and your visa has expired then you may not pay so much.

Did you enter morocco on a tourist visa, that can make different outcomes.

Morocco's laws on divorce and the way they are treated are probably one of the best in the world. with extreme fairness for both sides and always the children's best interests first.

You do not have a serious problem, it is relatively easy to dissolve the marriage,
