Coffee aficionado here, I haven't found Breville here unfortunately, I have looked for it before. Melitta also I'm pretty sure is not available here.

But, you can find Gaggia from Dodo Caf茅, and Delonghi Dedica from Courts (I hope they still have it). if you are looking for a more pro machine, check at miko coffee.
