Dear Sharon

The visa for internship clearly mentions that the prospective student will not earn any salary or any other earnings by whatsoever name it may be called.

However, this does not prevent the company to grant, at its own discretion, some sort of stipend for transport and related expenses, which is usually no more than US$ 200 per month.

It's an internship visa, which needs to be applied for by the firm offering internship.

Hello Mr. Vayid! I am Bhavesh from India.

I am interested in doing internship in Mauritius in civil engineering as I have done diploma in civil engineering. I have 2 years work experience also. Is it true that only a full-time student or a recently passed out applicant can do internship in Mauritius? I had passed out in 2009 so will I be considered ineligible for it?
