Accommodation letter

Hi guys.آ  Traveling to Mauritius in a couple of weeks for holiday. I’ve managed to secure private accommodation (an apartment in grand baie)wanted to knowآ  what the accommodation letter I present to immigration upon entry of Mauritius say? I know it should have ID number of the persons who owns the apartment and address but could someone give a template? Iآ  just want to make sure all the necessary details are in the letter. I’ve heard some horror stories. Thankssss xx
