do buiness people pay on time? Any layers here?Hi ,

Just worried that if people help with advice etc , can they latter ask for a share of your success?

is it costly to have lawyer for checking leases?

Normally people pay on time however, you have exceptions and you better anticipate and prepare yourself.

Are you looking for a professional to check a lease agreement ? (commercial lease/residential lease)

Hi,

Depending on what kind of business you want to do, the leases are standard ones. You can ask a lawyer to check your lease but it will be an additional cost. Better you use your judgement or ask a local person who can assist you.
